Rajat Diwan, the Director and Founder of CEMA is A senior media Director and Editor with 17 years of intensive experience in Editing, Film-making and Direction. He Founded CEMA with the aim of providing quality Education to the students. Recipient of many National and International Awards, he owns leading production houses in Mumbai- "Set Frame Productions" “Kriti” and “Cutting Edge Media Academy” which has acclaimed many National and International Awards.
In the past he has worked with companies like Pixion- India’s leading post production studio as an eminent senior editor. He has worked on films, commercials, tv shows, promos, short films, corporate films, documentaries, music videos and also packaging for TV Channels.
With an illustrious career track record in the Film & TV Industry he has worked with Directors like R. BALKI, Pradeep Sarkar, Milan Luthria, Amit Mishra to name a Few. His contribution towards notable projects involves biggest names of the Industry like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham, Sonam Kapoor, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Ranbir Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Chetan Bhagat, Cyrus Broacha, PV Sindhu, Suhana Khan etc. He was also involved in the making of Films like Golmaal Returns, Dasvidaniya, Mohandas, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, Roadside Romeo, Dokyala Shot etc

He has taken various workshops on Film and Editing in Amity University, Noida for mass communication students. He has also been a Guest Lecturer with various media institutes.
Being and eminent film maker he was invited by the mumbai PRESS CLUB and awarded a Scroll Of Honor for conducting an exemplary editing workshop.
The Gillette campaign film that he worked on “To Shave or Not To Shave”– Won a Gold and Silver Lion, in the Media Lions category of the Cannes International Advertising Festival 2009.
